Who we are
Mirrorball is a woman owned brand that focuses on the emporment and equitable treatment of women specifically in the golf industry. Often times we are overlooked when it comes to clothing manufacturing, career opportunities and so much more. This brand is here to change that.
Our name is inspired by the Taylor Swift song called Mirrorball. The song describes the experience of doing everything possible to keep the attention of someone or even a crowd of someones, but nothing you do seems to work. She describes the shattered glass edges that make a Mirrorball shiny and beautiful while alluding to the way it broke to get that beauty.
Women often have the same feeling in the golf industry, and I know I definitely have that experience. People usually focus on how you look, if you seem happy that day, and almost anything other than how they do their job. A woman can work 7 days a week and still be judged by her counter parts based on her choice of outfit on any given day. We want to change that culture for women in golf.
