Be Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

When I was young a cheer coach that I had was huge on teaching John Wooden’s mentality. The strongest thing that stuck with me was getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. This principle essentially puts you in a position to do things that aren’t natural or that are outide of your comfort zone, but ultimately it is for your own good.
